At Pepi, we deliver full service to every coffee account. Our standard service schedule involves our route personnel visiting an account every two weeks, but scheduling can be adjusted to meet your specific needs. Upon arrival, we first check the equipment to ensure it’s brewing properly and verify that the filtration systems are fully functional. Our service continues with inspecting each bowl for integrity to prevent shattered pots during brewing. We clean the bowls, equipment, and counter area, then check the supply of products in the coffee room storage area. Any depleted products are fully restocked to ensure they’re always available when needed. When we leave, your coffee station is completely clean and fully stocked.
